VI. OTHER COUNCIL BUSINESS
A. Chairman/Member Items
    1. Empowered the new PPC Executive Committee to continue to discuss and represent the Council on issues regarding potential reorganization.
    2. Mr. Healey provided an update on his meetings with the BOCC members and the County Administrator noting this item will be on the February PPC agenda, and on a meeting set by Councilman Danner including Representative Kriseman and the County Administrator.
    3. Mr. Healey provided an update on cost-savings through early submission of items for public hearings noting that PAC has concurred with the voluntary 33-day submission deadline.
    4. Mayor Gerard requested staff keep the Council informed on meetings of the Charter Review Committee.  The Council authorized the Executive Director to attend on behalf of the Council.
