Group 1: Regular Amendments
1. Case CW 07-11: Clearwater Recommended approval from Residential Urban to Residential Medium, inclusive of supplemental recommendations as noted.
2. Case CW 07-12: Pinellas County Recommended approval from Residential Low Medium to Residential/Office General, subject to the condition and supplemental recommendation as noted.
3. Case CW 07-10: St. Petersburg (SAP No. 07-01) a.) first excepted the Cinotti properties (3610 and 3620 18th Avenue South) from the requested amendments (vote 11-0 with one abstention; and b.) then recommended approval of the amendments, less and except the areas previously recommended to be withdrawn, in addition to which the properties referenced in a.) above were withdrawn, which exceptions are identified in the Revised Support Document 4; and subject to the conditions enumerated.
