Case CW 08-03: City of Belleair Bluffs (continued from January 16, 2008) – Recommended Approval of proposed amendments for Areas 1 and 2 from Residential/Office General to Commercial General, and the proposed amendments for Areas 9 through 31 be withdrawn as requested by the City. 2. Case CW 08-09: City of Tarpon Springs (to be continued) – Recommended Continuation to the Pinellas Planning Council meeting of March 19, 2008, at the request of the applicant. 3. Case CW 08-10: City of Tarpon Springs – Recommended Approval from Industrial Limited to Transportation/Utility. 4. Case CW 08-11: City of St. Petersburg – Recommended Approval from Residential Urban to Planned Redevelopment - Mixed Use, subject to the three conditions noted: 1) that the City of St. Petersburg submit a modified infrastructure analysis by September 30, 2008, indicating the cumulative impacts expected from incremental Countywide Plan map amendments to the Special Area Plan (SAP), and updating all other relevant portions of the SAP, including but not limited to: maps, acreage calculations, and other relevant analysis and discussion; 2) approval and execution of the accompanying development agreement and the restrictions contained therein; and compliance with the City's Concurrency Management System. In addition, a separate recommendation was made to have staff address the larger policy issue as to local government concurrency management provisions for traffic and their relationship to cumulative impacts. 5. Case CW 08-12: City of Largo – Recommended Approval from Residential Low to Residential/Office Limited. C. SAP Change 08-1: City of St. Petersburg – Recommended Approval of amendment to the Vision 2020 Special Area Plan to increase temporary lodging density in the PR-MU plan category. D. La Entrada Master Plan – Recommended Denial Without Prejudice and to require the applicant pay for readvertising costs upon resubmission. IV. REPORTS/OTHER ACTION A.
