1.  Case CW 08-01: Pinellas County Recommended Approval from Residential Medium to Residential/Office General
2.  Case CW 08-04 (A&B): City of St. Petersburg Recommended Approval from Recreation/Open Space to Residential Low
3.  Case CW 08-08: City of Safety Harbor Recommended Approval from Residential Low and Water/Drainage Feature to Residential/Office Limited
Group 2: Regular Amendments 
4. Case CW 08-02: City of St. Petersburg Recommended Approval per Attachment 1 - Table of Proposed Amendments, subject to the City of St. Petersburg submitting a modified infrastructure analysis by September 30, 2008, indicating the cumulative impacts expected from incremental Countywide Plan Map amendments to the Special Area Plan (SAP), and that updates all other relevant portions of the SAP, including but not limited to: maps, acreage calculations, and other relevant analysis and discussion; and inclusive of withdrawal of Area 78 by the City.
5.  Case CW 08-03: City of Belleair Bluffs Continued to the Pinellas Planning Council meeting of February 20, 2008.
6.  Case CW 08-05 (A&B): City of St. Petersburg Recommended Approval from Commercial General to Planned Redevelopment – Mixed Use, subject to the condition that the City of St. Petersburg submit a modified infrastructure analysis by September 30, 2008, indicating the cumulative impacts expected from incremental Countywide Plan Map amendments to the Special Area Plan (SAP), and that updates all other relevant portions of the SAP, including but not limited to: maps, acreage calculations, and other relevant analysis and discussion.
7.  Case CW 08-06: Pinellas County Recommended Approval from Residential Suburban to Institutional, subject to approval of the accompanying development agreement by the County.
8.  Case CW 08-07: Pinellas County Recommended Approval from Industrial Limited to Commercial General.
